STAR (Spiritually Trained and Renewed) leadership, is an interactive, self-examining training that has been designed specifically for the next generation leaders. Despite the religious backgrounds, this training invites all teens to identify and understand their spiritual (internal) beliefs and how they impact their leadership style in school, college, sports, and at work. The training addresses four concepts:

 

                                                     SPRING (Spiritual Path Resulting in Noticeable Guidance)

                                                     STILL (Spirituality That Illustrates Loving/Lasting Leadership)

                                                     FALL (Forming A Loving/Lasting Leader)

                                                     PULL (People Under Led Leadership)

Each concept gives guidance to understanding the impact of spirituality in leadership, how to recognize it, actions to take, development, and support. This training can be done during a three week youth/teen ministry, a four hour training seminar, or even a short 60 minute mini-session.
