Tarah is a woman of God, who has always strived to obtain every goal in life while continuously motivating others around her. She has a background in Computer Science, Project Management, and has a Doctoral degree in Organization and Management specializing in Leadership. Her research on Spiritual leadership, is supported by her Christian beliefs and foundation for coaching. She is also an active member of The international Pi Eta Delta Sorority, supporting women who have completed and are on the Doctoral journey.

Tarah is married with one daughter, two stepsons, and is a licensed minister at The Land of Promise Church in Fredericksburg, VA. Her life of the unknown started at a young age when she dealt with a split family. She spent many years searching for external love, until she found the joy of internal happiness and love. Tarah has always pushed herself to the next level, and receives much joy from knowing she is capable of achieving greatness.

Tarah's love for teaching and leading is how Led by Leadership came to be. Her own personal experiences and willingness to help sets the stage to move the next generation into success.

Giving of your talents, time, skills, and ability will not go ignored. When you cross the finish line of life the rewards you have received on earth will not equal up to the greatest reward of them all. The time is now, take action in life!
